Sydney: Nov. 1934 - Oct. 1935. Large 4to. Orig. cloth (slightly soiled; spine frayed) with gilt title to spine. Profusely illustrated throughout and with interesting contemporary advertisements. Greetings card pasted in on front endpaper; old tape marks on front fly-leaf; otherwise fine. NOTE: Walkabout is now extremely scarce and remains of social importance on account of the areas it covered for almost half a century. Its pages included the leading Australian writers of the day with outstanding photographic contributions as well as a wide spectrum of advertisers.
