Some offsetting of the plates with mild foxing around edges, but generally a nice copy. 1st edition. With both the book-plate as well as the signature of J. Cresswell, Lieut. S.G. Cresswell was an officer (1850-1854) of H.M.S. Investigator, the first ship to complete the north-west passage.
