With tipped-in col. frontisp. numerous full-page col. tipped-in plates text-illusts and dec. endpapers. Title-page and text pages decorated by T. B. Hapgood. A very good copy. NOTE: Harrison Fisher (1875 - 1934) was an American illustrator who created over 80 covers of the 'Saturday Evening Post' and created almost every cover for 'Cosmopolitan' magazine from 1913 until his death in 1934. He painted beautiful women who were thought to capture the essence of the American woman of the early 20th century.
