NOTE: A distinct exploration diary from surgeon explorer Thomas Braidwood Wilson (1792-1843) with the first written record and image of the didgeridoo. The "Governor Ready" (512 tons) was chartered by the British Navy to transport two hundred convicts from Ireland to Batavia Indonesia via Sydney. Wilson served as surgeon-superintendent and kept a record of the events which transpired during this voyage.
