NOTE: One of the oldest stations on the Darling Downs Jimbour was claimed by Henry Dennis on behalf of his boss Richard Todd Scougall in 1842. In 1919 the family's interest and a portion of land had to be signed over to the bank due to financial hardship. Jimbour Homestead is heritage listed.
