Dark maroon end-papers with colour frontispiece and five full-page col. plates by Arthur Rackham. Previous owner's label on front end-paper moderate foxing at both ends with light toning at back end-paper. Second edition. Fine condition. NOTE: One of the earliest books to feature Arthur Rackham's artistry before illustrating Alice in Wonderland.
